Gary Copeland trained and qualified with Simpson Curtis, a leading law firm in Leeds now known as Pinsent Curtis Liddle. Following a year in private practice, Gary worked in industry for seven years, two and a half of which were spent working in the USA as group solicitor for a conglomerate of chemical companies. Moving back to the UK and continuing to operate his own private practice his expertise was recognised by Whessoe Plc where he was appointed Director & Company Secretary.

Neil Hilton trained and worked at a leading Stockport law firm with an established reputation for Business and Company Law. He specialises in company formations and restructures, drafting shareholder agreements, employee share option schemes, distribution agreements and Terms and Conditions.
