residential property sales department is part of the Solicitors
Property Shop (SPS) initiative, pioneered by John Pratt,

in Scotland, the new initiative promotes the solicitor
as the only person required during the sale of a property
on the basis that solicitors now sell houses.

This new initiative allows Blackett Hart & Pratt to
provide a one-stop service for selling property. Combine

and conveyancing department and the practice can now provide
a complete package for buying and selling property.
