Helen Biglin, was formerly a partner of Walton Hardy & Clough who merged with Blackett Hart & Pratt in July 1998. Helen has considerable experience in dealing with matters concerning wills & enduring powers of attorney.

Barbara Wilson, is well known throughout the Durham area for her detailed and considerate approach to her client's affairs. With a large elderly client portfolio, Barbara has particular expertise in dealing with complex wills, advising on Inheritance Tax issues, and living wills.

Both Helen and Barbara are members of The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

Peter Leach, a legal executive in the team, has many years experience of dealing with personal tax issues and also with the preparation of trust accounts and trust tax returns.

Karen Pratt specialises in trust work and is also an appointed receiver on behalf of the Public Guardianship Office and Court of Protection.

Peter Blackett oversees the running of many large family trusts, acting as a professional trustee.
